CMHA Ottawa branch became informed about the effects of sensitivities on the central nervous system in some persons, and the warnings of Ashford and Miller that in ambiguous cases sensitivities should be ruled out before treatments that could hurt people with sensitivities are embarked on. Deadwood Ed Pennington and CMHA Ontario head Howard Richardson ignored the concern and current CMHA leadership has demonstrated an astonishing arrogance and irresponsibility concerning these consumers.
