Canadian Human Rights Commission staff, unlike then Chief Commissioner Max Yalden, were brushing away complaints by persons with sensitivities. Yalden's approach to reducing the abuse of persons with sensitivities went out the window once Falardeau-Ramsey became Chief Commissioner.
